Cancelation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to our email turismo@maquis.cl
We consider a canceled booking only after receiving a written email which must be confirmed by the Maquis Winery team.
Refunds of bookings will be done exclusively for reservations outside of 48 hours before the program starts, discounting operational fees except for reservations that include lunch or similar.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of the activity including food or similar will not be refunded in case of lunch or similar. Refunds in that case will only apply 5 days before the date of the booking.
Free children’s policies
Wine tastings will be served only to people over 18 years old.
3. Of the terms and conditions at Maquis Winery
All our wine tours start on time.
The program may vary due to weather conditions or sudden events. Criterion that the Maquis Winery team will have full power and authority to carry out.
Understand that any activity in nature can involve risk.
Maquis Winery suggests wearing comfortable and/or sports shoes.
Maquis Winery doesn't allow the entry of pets into the vineyard facilities.
Maquis Winery reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, price modifications that it deems appropriate, which will be reported on the Website.
We work from 09.00 to 1.30 and 2.30 to 5.30 PM.
